Hello there! I’m Lyle Harris, and my primary interests are family, friends, sports, and video games. I’ve been in the car business for over 7 years now, but before that, I was playing college basketball at Northwest Missouri State University, where I studied International Business. The same passion and teamwork I had on the court, I bring into helping my customers every day. Helping people out and making new connections is what I love! Whether it’s your first car or time for a new upgrade, I’m here to make it easy and enjoyable. Bring the good vibes, and I’ll make sure you leave with a deal on a ride that’s just right for you. Honda has always been part of my story. My dad has been a mechanic here at McCarthy Honda for over 35 years, and my mom financed her first CR-V here, which also happened to be my first car. I still drive a CR-V today, and she’s rocking a Pilot. It's safe to say we’re a Honda family through and through. I love connecting with people — I genuinely enjoy learning what matters most to my customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits their life perfectly. Whether it’s your first car or your next, I’m here to make the process simple, honest, and even fun. 

I’m Munib, and I’m passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle. With a background in customer service and a love for cars, I aim to make the car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. I believe in building real connections and delivering solutions that truly fit each customer’s needs. I speak both English and Arabic, so I can assist a wide range of customers comfortably. Outside the showroom, you’ll find me diving into fashion, hitting the gym, or catching up on the latest car trends.

I grew up in Overland Park, riding my bike all over the city. I attended Shawnee Mission South Highschool before taking off to go play hockey in Canada. After that I went to the University of Kansas and started my work career back home in Overland Park. My restaurant career took me to some great places such as Chicago, Michigan, Ohio, and North Carolina, this was before I clicked my heels 3x and said there is no place like home. After 25 years in the Hospitality Industry, I changed careers and started in automobile sales. I worked for the same company for over 10 years and upon being bought out, I decided to join The McCarthy Auto Group. I chose this group because it is a Family owned and Local business. While not at work, I spend time with my family and my dog Knuckles. I am a laid back person and I love to communicate using adages, movie quotes and a hint of sarcasm. My goal is that everyone I meet with, I learn something from them and they learn something from me. A phrase that I use a lot is “ You can get a burger and a beer a lot of places, why do you go back to the same place over and over. Answer is that you feel comfortable!”
