Service & Parts Financing

FAQs

I need help paying for car repairs ASAP! Can I get approved for an auto repair loan fast?

The application process to finance auto repairs only takes around 30 seconds. Just bring your vehicle in or have it towed to our Overland Park auto service center, and we'll get working on it posthaste (that means "fast").

Can I use my loan to pay for a new roof rack?

Yes, you're able to finance OEM auto parts, including roof racks and crossbars. When placing an order for your Honda parts or accessories, be sure to mention your intent to pay with your car parts loan.

My credit isn't great... Will that affect my car repair loan application?

We're proud to partner with an auto repair financing company that approved 90% of all applicants! There's no hard credit check when applying for a vehicle repair loan, either. A soft credit check is necessary to determine eligibility, though this does not affect your credit score.

Can I get on a 12-month car repair payment plan?

Yes, absolutely. Once you are approved for an auto repair loan, you'll be able to choose several options for flexible monthly car repair pay installments, including 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Speak with a member of our auto service team to further discuss your options before applying for a car repair credit card or choosing another dealer or mechanic payment plan.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can finance?

The loan amount ranges from $50 to $20,000. While most of our customers request automotive repair loans for major work - engine financing and transmission financing, for instance - some people need help paying for small car repairs. You can apply to finance new tires, and we'll help you set up a payment plan for those new tires. Buy now. Pay later. Easy.

Do I need to pay anything up front?

Yes, a down payment is required when accepting any car finance terms. Payments must be made with a bank-issued debit card, though future monthly installments can be made by debit card, RCC, check or money order. This down payment will vary on a case-by-case basis, so please speak with your service technician.

Will I have a rolling credit limit to use as needed?

Unlike an auto repair credit card, your vehicle repair loan has a set amount and one-time use. To make another purchase or pay for another service, you must re-apply for auto financing.
